Travis Hill, Real Estate Broker, brings over 25 years of industry expertise spanning mortgage lending, residential sales, and new home construction. Beginning his career in 1997 as a Mortgage Lender, Travis rose to become a top-ranked Realtor® with Century 21 in the San Francisco Bay Area before transitioning to leadership roles at KB Homes and Shea Homes.
In 2010, he founded Open Home Professionals, expanding his concierge-style services to include property management after recognizing unmet client needs. His venture PlaceTenants.com was born from direct demand for seamless, tech-enhanced solutions, blending AI efficiency with hands-on client care.
